A Gigantic Blackout

So last night threw a real gem of a counundrum my way. To Lavery's or to Annies'? Certainly one thing those dapper Blackout Boys do not have is a nice shiny promo site. Gigantic's blog is grrrreat. Gigantic is great, full stop. However.... well, the underdog has its charms!

So, onwards to Annies. Perhaps it was the lure of cheap black and white Russians (£2, surely that's...illegal??), but Blackout has made a remarkable return to form. Let's be frank- Blackout has been lying at death's door as far as events go. However, apparently you can't keep a good night down, and dare I say.... it may sway some regulars of Gigantic. Good solid tunes, and the constant rotation of DJs means the mixes are varied and unexpected. Old favourites chucked in with new belters. Win. This lady like.

So onto the dirt! I had been reliably informed that a certain Blackout hook up of last week was eager to make a last night a repeat performance...on one side at least. However, alas, nothing like waking up on Saturday morning with the taste of Spudz and rejection in your mouth. Sorry mister!!

There was a potentially explosive GIGANTIC slip of the tongue, with a certain silly young lady sworn to secrecy. I am not sure yet how drunken the receipients ears' were, but lets hope extremely. If that thought gets developed, oh DEAR.

Nonetheless this is a summer of love, and according to my source in The Garrick, seemingly one bromance in the city is turning more decidedly man-crush. Again, rather one sided, but both boys are delectable so I can imagine it won't take much persuasion.

Blackout hook ups and true love that I saw? Rather disappointingly minimal. In a vain bid for readers I could make more of some departures than is actual reality, but that is poor form! Try harder next time people!! More black russians!!
