Exhibitionism in the city

I've been exploring my creative side tonight, having been enchanted by a couple of English artists, I've now set my sights on being immersed within the hustle and bustle of the city. But I ask, is it coincidence that on the day of the A Level results, there is an unusually high ratio of old men to young girls? Belfast certainly is a haven for little lolitas and dirty old men alike.
